Enjoy a two-night stay at the centrally located Intercontinental Saigon Hotel. Guided excursions visit the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall and Post Office constructed during the French colonial period as well as Reunification Palace and the famous Ben Thanh Market. ARRIVAL
You are welcomed by your guide at Tan Son Nhat airport and then transferred to your hotel in the center of city. The rest of day is at leisure. Overnight at Intercontinental Saigon hotel.
FULL DAY HOCHIMINH CITY & CU CHI TUNNELS
Visit the Cu Chi Tunnel in the morning to discover the vast tunnel network built by resourceful guerrilla fighters during the Vietnam War.
In the afternoon, pick up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for the Independence Palace, this must-see place in Ho Chi Minh, also known at the Reunification palace, as one of the finest colonial buildings in Saigon. It is considered not only the symbol of Vietnam national independence, but also a special national relic for its architectural and historical values.
Then take a delightful walking through French colonial square to see Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office, which was built by the French during the colonial times. After that enjoy last minutes shopping at the Ben Thanh central market. Overnight at Intercontinental Saigon hotel.
You may opt to adventure on a the back of a vintage vespa in the bustling streets of Saigon to meet the people, see the culture, and taste the authentic flavours of Vietnam. (Option)
